Overview

These settings are configured once for the organization and apply to the CSE app on every enrolled device. They govern how the app updates itself, what it reports, how it coexists with other endpoint software, and what end users see in it.

• App Auto Update controls whether the app updates itself without administrator action.
• Event Geolocation controls whether device location is reported in event data.
• Allow the CSE app in your AV or EDR solutions covers the allowlist entries required so that endpoint security software does not block the app.
• Branding and Message Customization adds in-app and in-browser help messaging for end users.
• Service Bundles delivers pre-configured sets of services to end users.
